Your tasks
- drive continuous improvement of the teams to ensure quality performance as well as operational efficiency
- responsibility of fulfilling of teams/plant objectives and KPI’s and its monitoring
- responsibility of Teams productivity and headcount planning
- responsibility of budgeting investments and related costs
- internal / external audit participation
- close communication with customer/development teams and cooperation with project teams during project launch phase
- close cooperation and reporting to plant manager
Your Profile
- technical education (university)
- fluent English is a must, German an advantage
- experience in leading of production is a must
- MS Office
- technical and analytical thinking, active approach to solve problems
- ability to make decisions
- convincing communication and behavior
